Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using AI-powered foresight tools and human-centric methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
- Track record of publishing future-focused research in top industry journals
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CF foresight certification)
