- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Present innovation roadmaps and progress to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing) and future market dynamics
- Executive-level experience developing and scaling disruptive business models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic plans
