Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products

- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Strong P&L management and strategic financial modeling
