Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging megatrends
- Author quarterly horizon-scan reports identifying disruptive innovations
- Design and pilot future-proofing strategies for client organizations
- Coordinate with MIT Future Labs and Singularity University research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Present findings at global innovation summits (Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (GPT-4, Trendalyzer) and data visualization
- Experience with climate adaptation and sustainable futures frameworks
