Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives integrating future studies into product development
- Represent the organization at global forums on technology ethics and long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience advising executive leadership on future-oriented decisions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic planning deliverables
