- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk mitigation frameworks for strategic decision-making

- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies (e.g., MFSc, CFP)
