As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological disruptions, market shifts, and societal transformations. You'll develop predictive frameworks that guide our R&D investments, product development, and market expansion for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop and maintain scenario-planning models for high-impact business decisions
- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on future vision
- Establish KPIs to track predictive accuracy of strategic forecasts
- Advain on ecosystem partnerships and innovation investments
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for trend analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) required
