Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on 2026 market landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or corporate transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or AC/FCST)
