Responsibilities

- Translate future insights into actionable roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Establish and maintain expert networks across innovation ecosystems to validate foresight
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven storytelling
- Monitor global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) and their implications for 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
