Qualifications

- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year trend predictions with measurable business impact

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP-EL, cross-impact matrices) and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Professional Futurist) or equivalent practical experience
