Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging tech disruptions and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market opportunities and regulatory landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation labs to access cutting-edge research
- Create predictive models for technology adoption curves and competitive positioning through 2026
- Mentor junior analysts in future-focused research methodologies and strategic communication
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Management, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent analytical methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic impact through 3+ year forecasts
- Experience with Python/R for predictive modeling and data analysis
