Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends relevant to 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight models using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Present future-state scenarios to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Build cross-functional partnerships to embed foresight into product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership positioning our organization as a future-ready pioneer
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology policy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) strongly preferred
