Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state capabilities
- Author quarterly futurist briefings for the board and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026's technological landscape
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for predicted market shifts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing C-level strategic narratives and roadmaps
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
