As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors. Your work will directly influence multi-billion dollar decisions as we navigate disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal transformations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to identify 2026-2030 inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable strategies
- Author proprietary trend reports published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Mentor junior analysts in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings at executive summits and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong network with futurist and innovation research communities
