Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios analyzing technological, social, and economic disruption vectors
- Lead Strategic Innovation Sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges (e.g., climate resilience, neuro-ergonomics, ethical AI governance)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Curate the Future Forward Summit – an exclusive annual convening of Nobel laureates, startup founders, and policy shapers
- Build and mentor a Foresight Council of domain experts across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and space commercialization
- Author white papers on 2026 Technological Inflection Points for Fortune 500 boardrooms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with data-driven trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, high-uncertainty environments
