Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and quantify emerging opportunities
- Produce executive-level trend briefings on biotech, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Design market entry strategies for paradigm-shifting technologies
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of 2026-viable innovations
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board and investor consortium
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Horizon Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar strategic decisions
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio of 3+ successful 2020s-era strategic implementations
