Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms in AI governance and climate adaptation
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Translate complex futures into executable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis across climate tech, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi methods, causal layered analysis, and agent-based modeling
