Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce annual 'FutureScan' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging sectors including quantum computing and neurotech
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry thought leaders
- Advise on regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, biotech, clean energy, quantum computing
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-level audiences and investor forums
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategic planning publications
