Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future opportunities
- Author forward-looking reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype concepts derived from trend analysis
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
