Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks with 5-10 year predictive capabilities
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
