Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across departments
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 workforce and consumer behavior predictions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published work in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
