Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven impact on long-term organizational transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-based initiatives launched in the past 5 years
