- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies for commercialization
- Create executive-level briefings on emerging market disruptions and competitive landscape shifts
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives' alignment with 2026 vision
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and industry innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Track record of implementing strategies that generated >$100M in new revenue
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
