Responsibilities

- Produce comprehensive trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Manage a portfolio of experimental innovation projects with $10M+ budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging tech analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
