As a Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between executive strategy and operational execution, ensuring that every component of the 2026 launch aligns with our vision for sustainable mobility. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with top-tier engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional team for the 2026 EV Platform launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the 2026 roadmap.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep the 2026 program on track.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive decision-making processes to resolve technical and logistical bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards are met across all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management within the automotive or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex products on time and within budget.
- Deep knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) technology and electrification trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
