Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for 2026 Olympic venues and infrastructure development
- Coordinate with international sports federations, local government, and private stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ budgets with rigorous financial controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement sustainability frameworks for carbon-neutral operations
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for ticketing, broadcasting, and fan engagement
- Ensure compliance with IOC regulations and accessibility standards
- Build legacy programs for youth sports and community development post-Games
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in large-scale project management, preferably in sports or events
- PMP certification or equivalent advanced project management credentials
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Expertise in sustainable development and ESG frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Olympic/Paralympic movement and international sports governance
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
