Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead agile development of prototype systems leveraging quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI autonomy
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Develop patent portfolios protecting next-generation intellectual property
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biometric interfaces, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for experimental projects
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native deployment
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
