- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry leaders, academic partners, and venture capitalists
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's portfolio of 2026-pivotal projects, ensuring alignment with corporate vision
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-facing business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, biotech, decentralized systems, and climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) or equivalent experience
