Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, decentralized systems) to inform strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Design innovation frameworks that balance technical feasibility with market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Agile or Lean methodologies preferred
