- Architect and execute the 2026 product innovation strategy across quantum computing, AI neural interfaces, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive landscape analysis
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiotic systems and ethical AI governance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and lean validation methodologies
- Secure partnerships with academic research institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of product innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing or neural interface technologies
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or strategic partnerships
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent venues
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or Neural Interface Design (NID)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough products reaching $100M+ ARR
