- Prototype and validate next-gen human-computer interfaces using AR/VR/XR technologies
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years leading R&D teams
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing federal grants for forward-looking research initiatives
