Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business Innovation; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, R&D management, or strategic foresight.
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ revenue impact.
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or strategic foresight.
