Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and launch cutting-edge products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive a culture of experimentation through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial modeling skills for multi-year initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global teams and executive levels
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
