Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks mapping 3-5 year technology adoption curves
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Trendalyzer)
