Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies before market release.
- Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Identify and secure intellectual property opportunities through patent filings and industry publications.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tech stacks into scalable, production-ready environments.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or product development with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale innovation labs or R&D centers.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
