Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios mapping technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive inflection points impacting industry landscapes
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Establish early-warning systems for geopolitical shifts, climate risks, and regulatory disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurism principles into innovation pipelines
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board members to secure future-focused funding
- Author thought leadership pieces on 2026 industry blueprints for global summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Published work in forward-thinking publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WEF reports)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary foresight projects with measurable impact
