- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making and organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future market opportunities
- Produce actionable scenario plans and risk mitigation strategies for disruptive futures
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and future-focused organizations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in analyzing technological convergence and socio-economic disruption patterns
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation capabilities
- Deep knowledge of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, digital sovereignty)
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, trend analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
