Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for public dissemination
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
