- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate strategy and long-term planning
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders, investors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership, workshops, and trend-education programs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and geopolitical shifts to anticipate disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, Technology Futures, or equivalent experience; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact on long-term strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Outstanding communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
