This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative foresight, and executive communication to transform future insights into actionable business strategies.
As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop adaptive roadmaps for autonomous systems, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and disruption risk assessments for board-level stakeholders
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term strategic adaptation
