Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Author thought leadership white papers and scenario-planning reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Champion ethical innovation principles in AI, biotech, and automation deployments
- Mentor junior futurists and curate cutting-edge industry intelligence networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning for 2020+ horizons
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier media
- Fluency in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
