- Partner with R&D to validate future-facing product concepts

Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience presenting complex scenarios to executive audiences
