Responsibilities
- Develop and present comprehensive 2026+ trend analyses across technology, sociology, and economics
- Design strategic frameworks for client organizations to navigate emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state priorities
- Produce scenario-based forecasts with quantifiable impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications for industry conferences
- Maintain real-time monitoring of exponential technology developments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and strategic foresight projects
