- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive models for executive decision support
- Architect innovation pipelines bridging emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) with market opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories: AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy domains
