Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technological shifts through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product launches and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Produce actionable whitepapers, trend reports, and competitive intelligence briefings
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability and integration potential
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent InnovateX at global forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
