Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap targeting 2026 milestones across technology, markets, and sustainability
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, disruptors, and opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in strategic management, economics, or relevant STEM field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
