Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global tech/societal trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen sustainable solutions
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in post-human tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into investor-grade market positioning documents
- Drive internal culture of forward-thinking through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of mapping disruptive tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical/socioeconomic factors shaping 2026 landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
