Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives across our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-ready innovation priorities
- Design and validate prototype business models for next-generation products/services
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and trend briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and investment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
