- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven trend analysis and simulation tools
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and societal transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026+ challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
