Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the company's 10-year innovation roadmap, aligning with sustainability and growth objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects validating future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable infrastructure trends
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Cambridge, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
